Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company manufacturing plasma-derived and recombinant therapeutic products, who deliver high-quality medicines that treat people with rare and serious diseases. We are searching on an exclusive basis with the client to appoint a Document Coordinator to join their busy and rewarding team on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months.

What You'll Deliver:

  • Manage document processes in the electronic Document Management System (DMS)
  • Support for Paper and Electronic Records Management and Archival
  • Organise, file, log and/or retrieve paper records in onsite records facilities or in electronic archival systems
  • Prepare paper documents for offsite, long-term storage or for destruction
  • Complete periodic reviews of trackers or onsite storage facilities

Experience required:

  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or other highly regulated industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
  • Knowledge of cGMP/GXP standards
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
