Overview

CSV Engineer – Northern Ireland – 6 Months Initial Contract. Situated in Northern Ireland, near Belfast, our Global Pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced CSV Engineer to join an active Project in their state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy for a phased implementation with DCS interfaces to utilities, reactors, Pressure Filter Dryer, Centrifuge and Conical Dryer.
Perform CSV on the vendor systems.
Work closely with Automation and CQV teams.
General GAMP V-Model project experience in efficient and compliant delivery of GXP Process Control Systems.

Requirements

Degree (or Equivalent) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field – or significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree level qualification.
Requires extensive experience in CSV Engineering.
Experience with Emerson DeltaV (including where everything is in their Suite of Documents).
Process Control experience.
Experience with the full life cycle of a project.
Experience with FDS and DDS preferred.
