CQV Engineer – Northern Ireland – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences
Situated in Northern Ireland, near Belfast, our Global Pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced CSV Engineer to support an active Project in their state-of-the-art facility.
The business has been operating Globally for over 50 years and has made significant investment in recent years to ensure they remain at the forefront of drug development to this day, utilizing industry leading technology to achieve this goal.
- What You’ll Deliver
- Support commissioning and start-up activities from completion of IQ through to Operational Qualification (OQ) execution.
- Execute dry runs, functional testing, system checks, and qualification activities.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and fault‑finding support during system shakedown and commissioning phases.
- Support Delta V-controlled process systems and assist in resolving automation‑related issues.
- Verify equipment, instrumentation, valves, pipework, and control system functionality.
What you require
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in CQV Engineering
- Experience in CQV, commissioning, start‑up or qualification activities within pharmaceutical, biopharma or API manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with Delta V systems.
