We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead for a fantastic 12 month contract based in Surrey. You will be working with our client who is a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease. What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the Commissioning Strategy, Commissioning Plan, and Master Commissioning Schedule.
- Lead commissioning meetings and workshops with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure commissioning documentation is produced, reviewed, and approved.
- Ensure commissioning activities are executed safely, with appropriate risk assessments and method statements.
- Support training programmes for operational staff, ensuring knowledge transfer.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead/Manager on complex construction projects.
- Experience delivering commissioning for laboratories, R&D facilities, or highly serviced technical environments.
- Strong understanding of building systems, MEP design, automation controls, and specialist lab systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
