Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full design lifecycle, ensuring design packages, standards and specifications meet strategic objectives and technical requirements.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor selection, guiding regional project leads and driving value engineering.
  • Manage cross-functional design coordination, integrating all design changes and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation through on-site inspections, lessons-learned processes, and technical oversight.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in data centre design management or equivalent engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of critical cooling and power infrastructure within data centre environments.
  • Familiarity with European construction markets, building codes, and fire ordinances.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, building services engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
