What you’ll do:
- Coordinate regular and ad hoc training activities, confirming availability, booking rooms and managing post-course surveys in order to collect feedback.
- Support the ongoing management and development of the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting
- Maintain and update training trackers, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Create and update training materials in line with current branding and design standards
- Assist with L&D communications, including training announcements and updates
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in administration or a similar support role
- Experience producing reports and maintaining accurate data
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and confidential approach
