PHSC Academy is looking for a friendly, organised and commercially minded Academy Client Development Coordinator to join our team in Cumbernauld.
This is a varied client services role combining telephone-based client development with course administration and practical support for our face-to-face training.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and delegates, helping them choose the right training, converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring they receive a professional and well-organised service throughout.
PHSC Academy provides training across health and safety, food safety, ISO management systems, auditing, risk and compliance.
It forms part of PHSC plc, an established provider of health, safety and compliance services to organisations throughout the UK.
