This is more than a recruitment role; it’s a unique opportunity to shape how we attract and hire top talent across our international hubs. With plans to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new ATS, you’ll step into a role where you can make an immediate and meaningful impact—refining processes, enhancing candidate experience, and bringing data-driven recruitment to life. If you have experience with Dynamics 365 (or a passion for systems and optimisation), this is your chance to leave your mark in a fast-growing, globally connected business.
What you will do
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent sourcing: assist with drafting job descriptions, utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate screening: review CVs, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine suitability for roles.
- Interview coordination: schedule and facilitate interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Assessment and selection: administer assessments or tests as necessary and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates objectively.
- Offer negotiation: extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms of employment, draft contracts and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Candidate relationship management: build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Market research: stay informed of industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
- Data management: maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system and generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and performance.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Dynamics ATS Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ATS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and rollout across the organisation.
- Data Migration: Oversee migration of historical candidate and vacancy data into Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Performance Reporting: Build dashboards and reports to track time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, recruiter performance, and candidate experience metrics.
- Process Mapping: Analyse current recruitment workflows and translate them into optimised, automated processes within Dynamics.
- Other
- Support general HR operations, providing cover for core HR activities as needed across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new joiner documentation, systems setup, and induction activities are completed to a high standard.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and people-related programmes.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team, ensuring alignment between recruitment, onboarding, and wider people activities.
What we are looking for
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or high-growth environment, managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and influence decision-making.
- Strong sourcing capability, with a track record of proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever), with confidence in using data and reporting to drive decisions.
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple regions or geographies (global or multi-site exposure preferred).
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyse and improve key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health, candidate experience).
- Excellent candidate management and communication skills, delivering a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating or improving recruitment processes, with a continuous improvement mindset (systems, workflows, or automation exposure is highly desirable).
- Commercial awareness and adaptability, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
NB: The successful candidate will be required to pass our security screening procedures (and those required by our clients if necessary).
