About the role
At QCIC, we’re building the future of global security engineering—and we’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to help shape how we attract, hire, and support talent across our international hubs. This is a hybrid role combining end-to-end talent acquisition with broader HR exposure across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR team to deliver a seamless and high-quality people experience. You’ll play a key role in not only hiring great talent but also improving how we work—through process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our global ATS. If you enjoy operating across both talent acquisition and HR and want to make a meaningful impact in a growing, globally connected business, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible and influential role.
What you will do
- Talent Acquisition (approx. 70%)
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and deliver effective, scalable recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple regions, from sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using a range of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach).
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, building strong relationships and maintaining engagement throughout the process.
- Lead offer management, including negotiation and coordination of contracts and onboarding.
- Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.
- People & HR Support (approx. 30%)
- Support key areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations, and generalist HR activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between recruitment, onboarding, and wider people processes.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, including process improvements, policy updates, and people programmes.
- Provide support across HR operations as needed, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Systems, Process & Transformation
- Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as our new global ATS, from requirements gathering through to rollout.
- Map and optimise recruitment workflows, introducing automation and scalable processes.
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting, tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
- Drive continuous improvement across talent and HR processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and data-led decision-making.
- Support general HR operations, providing cover for core HR activities as needed across the employee lifecycle.
What we are looking for
- We’re particularly interested in candidates who have combined talent acquisition with broader HR or people operations experience.
- Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition, ideally in a scaling, global, or professional services environment.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong sourcing capability, with a track record of identifying and engaging high-quality talent.
- Exposure to HR or people operations, including onboarding and employee lifecycle support.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever).
- Confidence using data and reporting to improve hiring performance and processes.
- Experience working across multiple regions or international teams is highly desirable.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with interest or experience in systems, process optimisation, or automation.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and adaptability, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
NB: The successful candidate will be required to pass our security screening procedures (and those required by our clients if necessary).
