THE OPPORTUNITY
- Opportunities available for lawyers ranging from 1+ PQE through to Partner level.
- Advising corporates, investors, financial institutions, developers, funds and private clients on a broad range of tax matters.
- Supporting corporate transactions, restructurings, investments, real estate projects and financing arrangements.
- Working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Banking, Real Estate, Private Wealth and Funds teams.
- Providing advice on complex tax issues with both domestic and international elements.
- Assisting clients in navigating evolving legislation, regulation and market developments.
- Developing expertise across a diverse range of sectors, transactions and client types.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified solicitor with experience in Corporate Tax, Real Estate Tax, Transactional Tax or a related tax practice area.
- Strong technical ability and a genuine interest in complex tax matters.
- Able to analyse detailed legislation and apply it to commercial situations.
- Confident working closely with clients and colleagues across multiple practice areas.
- Excellent drafting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities within a busy and varied workload.
