Play a central role in delivering high-value Financial Services M&A transactions at Senior Lawyer level. Lead key workstreams on complex deals, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders. Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and cross-border transactions. Work with an impressive client base including major banks, financial institutions, fintechs and asset managers. Be actively involved in client relationship development and business development initiatives. Collaborate with specialists across multiple practice areas both in the UK and internationally.
