The Opportunity
- Advising private equity sponsors and investment funds on the real estate elements of corporate acquisitions, exits and refinancings.
- Supporting portfolio companies on strategic property matters arising throughout the ownership cycle.
- Structuring and negotiating complex property arrangements linked to wider investment transactions.
- Working with clients investing across offices, logistics, living, healthcare, hospitality and other operational real estate sectors.
- Partnering with Corporate, Finance, Tax and Construction colleagues to provide coordinated advice on sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals.
