Our client has earned the confidence of leading private equity sponsors by delivering commercially focused advice on the property aspects of acquisitions, portfolio investments, refinancing exercises and business disposals. • Structuring and negotiating complex property arrangements linked to wider investment transactions.
  • Working with clients investing across offices, logistics, living, healthcare, hospitality and other operational real estate sectors.
  • Partnering with Corporate, Finance, Tax and Construction colleagues to provide coordinated advice on sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals.
  • Playing a visible role in winning new instructions and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Helping shape the future direction of an ambitious London practice through leadership, mentoring and business development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record as a Real Estate Partner advising private equity clients on complex commercial property transactions.
