The Opportunity
- Advise on the acquisition, disposal and development of data centre sites across the UK.
- Support investors, developers, operators and funders on complex real estate transactions within the digital infrastructure sector.
- Structure and negotiate property arrangements for large-scale development projects, including strategic land acquisitions and site assembly.
- Work closely with Planning, Construction, Energy, Finance and Corporate colleagues on multi-disciplinary mandates.
- Advise clients on the real estate aspects of financing transactions, joint ventures and investment structures.
- Build lasting relationships with organisations operating across the digital infrastructure market while helping to expand the firm's client base.
- Lead and develop a talented team, providing strategic direction and mentoring the next generation of real estate lawyers.
- Play a central role in strengthening the firm's presence within the rapidly evolving data centre sector.
