Combining sector knowledge with a multidisciplinary approach, the London team works closely with specialists across Construction, Planning, Energy, Finance and Corporate to support clients from site acquisition through to development, financing and operation.

The Opportunity

  • Advise on the acquisition, disposal and development of data centre sites across the UK.
  • Support investors, developers, operators and funders on complex real estate transactions within the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Structure and negotiate property arrangements for large-scale development projects, including strategic land acquisitions and site assembly.
  • Work closely with Planning, Construction, Energy, Finance and Corporate colleagues on multi-disciplinary mandates.
  • Advise clients on the real estate aspects of financing transactions, joint ventures and investment structures.
  • Build lasting relationships with organisations operating across the digital infrastructure market while helping to expand the firm's client base.
  • Lead and develop a talented team, providing strategic direction and mentoring the next generation of real estate lawyers.
  • Play a central role in strengthening the firm's presence within the rapidly evolving data centre sector.
