THE ROLE
As an Associate in this highly regarded team, you will:
- Advise on major infrastructure, energy and public-private projects across the UK and beyond.
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, procurement agreements and project documents.
- Work with government agencies, investors, developers and key stakeholders in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Support large-scale public-private partnerships (PPP), energy transition initiatives and infrastructure financings.
- Provide strategic advice on nuclear, renewable energy, utilities and transport-related projects.
- Navigate high-value infrastructure transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial viability.
- Play a key role in business development, client engagement and knowledge-sharing within the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years PQE with experience in infrastructure, projects or energy law.
- Strong background in commercial contracts, regulatory frameworks and public-private sector transactions.
- Expertise in energy, nuclear, utilities, transport or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure high-value, complex deals.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage projects and contribute to business development.
