ROLE:
- As a Junior Project Finance Lawyer, you will:
- Advise on major infrastructure and energy project financings.
- Support on transactions across renewables, oil and gas, social housing and utilities.
- Work with lenders, sponsors, investors and developers.
- Be involved in cross-border matters and international deals.
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of finance documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s extensive UK and international network.
REQUIREMENTS:
