THE PENSIONS MARKET
An ageing population, increased regulatory scrutiny, funding pressures and ongoing legislative change continue to place pensions firmly on the agenda for employers, trustees and pension providers. At the same time, corporate transactions, de‑risking exercises, scheme consolidations and evolving governance requirements are creating sustained demand for specialist legal advice. As a result, pensions remains one of the legal market's most technically rewarding and resilient practice areas, offering lawyers the opportunity to work on matters that combine regulatory complexity, commercial significance and long‑term impact.
