The Opportunity Take a leading role in the continued expansion of the firm's national Pensions practice.
Advise trustees, sponsoring employers and pension providers on a broad range of pensions law matters.
Lead on complex advisory work, including scheme governance, funding arrangements, benefit design, de-risking exercises and regulatory compliance.
Support Corporate, Employment and Banking teams on the pensions aspects of mergers and acquisitions, business reorganisations and financing transactions.
Build trusted relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to develop new instructions across the firm's national platform.
Represent the practice through business development, networking and thought leadership within the pensions market.
Provide strategic leadership, mentoring and support to colleagues across the wider team.
Collaborate with Partners across multiple disciplines to deliver practical, commercially focused advice to clients throughout England.
