The team acts for national and international investors and developers, giving lawyers exposure to significant property transactions and a varied client base.
The Opportunity
- Advise national and international investors and developers on a range of commercial real estate transactions.
- Work on acquisitions and disposals, including portfolio transactions.
- Become involved in major retail, mixed-use and office development matters.
- Handle commercial landlord and tenant work.
- Gain exposure to the property aspects of financing transactions.
- Work closely with experienced Real Estate lawyers on multi-million-pound transactions.
- Develop direct client relationships as your experience and responsibility increase.
- Play an active part in business development and client relationship management.
- Build broader transactional experience within an established Manchester Real Estate practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE.
- Relevant experience gained within a recognised Real Estate department at a major or medium-sized law firm.
- A strong academic background.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercially aware and able to respond flexibly to client requirements.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities within a transactional environment.
- Interested in developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Keen to progress within a busy commercial Real Estate practice.
