The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded healthcare practice acting on behalf of a broad range of healthcare organisations and insurers across the UK.
- Advise NHS bodies, independent healthcare providers, medical defence organisations and insurers on a varied caseload.
- Handle complex defendant clinical negligence, healthcare litigation and healthcare regulatory matters.
- Support clients through inquests, investigations and other high-profile healthcare disputes where appropriate.
- Play a key role in developing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Work closely with colleagues across insurance, professional indemnity, regulatory and public sector teams.
- Help shape the continued growth of the firm's national healthcare practice.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from established Partners with a recognised profile in the healthcare sector.
You are likely to have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Defendant clinical negligence
- Medical malpractice
- Healthcare litigation
- Healthcare regulatory
- Inquests
- Professional indemnity involving healthcare professionals
- Advising NHS organisations, healthcare providers or medical insurers.
You will have an established network within the healthcare market, strong client relationship skills and a proven track record of winning and developing work.
