The transition from trainee to qualified solicitor is a defining stage in any legal career and finding the right environment can make all the difference. The team advises employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, handling everything from day-to-day workplace issues through to more complex disputes and strategic advisory work. Due to continued growth within the Manchester office, the team is now looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Employment Lawyer to support its expanding practice and play a key role at that level.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work closely with experienced Employment lawyers on a varied mix of contentious and advisory matters.
- Advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace and HR-related issues.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal matters and wider employment disputes.
- Support on advisory, corporate support and transactional employment work.
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of clients across different sectors and industries.
- Develop strong client relationships and commercial awareness from an early stage in your career.
