THE OPPORTUNITY
- Advising on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters across high-profile real estate and development-led projects.
- Working on large-scale urban regeneration, mixed-use and residential-led schemes including BTR and PBSA developments.
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and related documentation.
- Supporting on project structuring including joint ventures, forward funding arrangements and procurement strategies.
- Collaborating closely with real estate, finance and planning teams on complex, multi-disciplinary transactions.
- Building direct relationships with a high-calibre client base including developers, investors and public authorities.
- Gaining exposure to Manchester-based, city-shaping developments as well as significant national projects.
- Taking on increasing responsibility with clear scope to develop your profile within a growing and well-regarded team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
