THE OPPORTUNITY
- Join a nationally recognised Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers for its work in water, transport, health and local government.
- Advise on a wide range of social and economic infrastructure projects including energy transition, utilities, transport, healthcare and regeneration schemes.
- Work closely with a market-leading group of Partners and Associates in Manchester and across the firm’s UK offices.
- Act for an impressive client base including central and local government, funders, developers and utility companies.
- Handle a mix of private and public sector commercial contracts relating to energy, infrastructure and transport.
- Access a structured development programme designed to enhance your technical, commercial and leadership skills through mentoring and regular feedback.
- Collaborate across teams and jurisdictions on high-profile, first-in-class projects while enjoying genuine flexibility and work-life balance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A qualified solicitor with at least one year’s post-qualification experience within Infrastructure, Projects & Energy or from a Commercial Contracts background.
- Excellent drafting skills with a sharp commercial and client-focused approach.
- Resilient, proactive and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to an ambitious and growing practice and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Confident managing multiple workstreams and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
