With an established presence in Manchester and Birmingham, the firm is seeking an experienced Partner to strengthen its regional disputes capability and build on their existing client base within a well-resourced international environment.
The Opportunity
- Lead significant commercial litigation and contentious matters for an established client base.
- Advise on contractual, corporate, shareholder and other business-critical disputes.
- Handle domestic and cross-border instructions, including High Court litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
- Draw upon expertise spanning commercial fraud, financial services, technology and regulatory disputes.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while originating new instructions and expanding your portfolio of work.
- Connect with disputes specialists and complementary teams throughout the firm's UK and overseas offices.
- Play an active role in shaping the future direction and market presence of the Manchester or Birmingham team.
- Contribute at Partner level to strategic initiatives, business development and the progression of lawyers within the department.
