The Opportunity
Based within the Manchester Corporate Tax team, this is a broad transactional role offering exposure to complex, high-value and cross-border work.
You will advise across a number of areas, with scope to develop your experience in sectors that particularly interest you.
Your work will include
- Providing corporate tax input across M&A, private equity, joint ventures and investment transactions.
- Advising on the tax aspects of real estate transactions.
- Working alongside senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters.
- Developing professional relationships with clients in a client-facing role.
- Managing and supervising work undertaken by trainees.
- Contributing to business development and wider profile-raising initiatives.
- Taking part in marketing events and other business development activities.
