The Opportunity

- Advise a broad range of clients including government bodies, developers, funders, sponsors, employers, contractors, subcontractors and professional consultants.
- Work on matters spanning residential development, infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and engineering projects.
- Provide advice on project procurement structures, contract strategy and risk management.
- Support clients on project delivery issues and dispute avoidance mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across real estate, banking and projects teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
- Build long-term client relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within a diverse client base.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in construction law.
- Strong experience in non-contentious construction matters.
- Familiarity with advising on construction contracts, procurement and project delivery issues.
- Experience gained within a recognised regional, national or international practice.
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Enthusiastic about developing specialist expertise within a leading construction practice.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively on complex matters.
