Working as part of an integrated international network, the team is regularly instructed on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions, providing lawyers with exposure to high‑quality work, market‑leading clients and genuinely international matters.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Advise lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of banking and finance transactions.
- Work across leveraged finance, corporate lending, asset‑based lending and real‑estate finance matters.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, intercreditor agreements and related finance documents.
- Support on acquisition finance, refinancings and complex financing structures for domestic and international clients.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate, real‑estate and restructuring teams on multi‑disciplinary transactions.
- Build relationships with banks, alternative lenders, private credit funds, developers and corporate borrowers.
- Gain exposure to cross‑border transactions by working alongside colleagues across the firm’s international offices.
- Take on increasing responsibility within a highly regarded team that is committed to developing its lawyers.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Experience advising on a range of finance transactions, ideally including leveraged finance, corporate lending, asset‑based lending or real‑estate finance.
- Strong technical drafting skills with experience preparing and negotiating finance documentation.
- Confident managing matters while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Commercially aware with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Motivated to develop within a leading international finance practice.
