The Opportunity
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
- Handle disputes involving commercial contracts, professional negligence, injunctions, procurement challenges, public law and contentious insolvency matters.
- Work on both domestic and international disputes with exposure to cross-border litigation.
- Manage your own caseload while supporting partners on complex, high-value matters.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, professional advisers and market intermediaries.
- Play an active role in business development through networking, client training, seminars and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Contribute to the continued growth of a well-established Commercial Disputes practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Disputes.
- Broad experience across commercial litigation with strong technical and analytical ability.
- Experience managing matters with increasing levels of autonomy.
- Exposure to insolvency-related disputes would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic about business development and growing your professional profile.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
