QC Legal is currently working with a range of highly regarded law firms across the UK seeking Employment Lawyers from Newly Qualified level through to Partner. These opportunities span national, international, regional and boutique practices, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of employment work across multiple sectors and industries.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Positions available from NQ level through to Partner.
- Advise employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Support clients through disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal issues.
- Assist with restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers and wider workforce projects.
- Provide employment law support on corporate transactions, outsourcing arrangements and business change initiatives.
- Work closely with HR teams, senior executives, boards and in-house legal departments.
- Build relationships with clients ranging from owner‑managed businesses to multinational organisations.
- Opportunities to develop sector expertise across areas including financial services, technology, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and professional services.
- Exposure to tribunal litigation, strategic advisory work and day‑to‑day employment law support, depending on the role.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland with experience in Employment Law.
- Applications welcomed from NQ lawyers through to experienced Partners.
- Strong technical knowledge across employment legislation and workplace issues.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Commercially aware and capable of delivering practical, solution‑focused advice.
- Comfortable managing matters independently appropriate to level of experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Keen to further develop expertise and contribute to the continued success of a growing practice.
