ROLE

We are seeking junior and mid-level lawyers with 2-7 years PQE to join a thriving and collaborative team in London. In this role, you will:

  • Represent financial institutions, private credit funds and other lenders in structuring and negotiating complex leveraged finance transactions.
  • Work on diverse deals including senior secured loans, mezzanine debt, unitranche facilities and bespoke financial arrangements.
  • Advise on critical elements such as covenant packages, intercreditor agreements and call protection provisions.
  • Support clients in navigating cross-border and domestic financing deals, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with a globally integrated team of legal professionals to deliver outstanding client service.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent legal qualification).
  • Have 2-7 years PQE, with hands-on experience in leveraged finance, preferably on the lender side.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in financing structures and documentation.
  • Have excellent problem-solving, negotiation and client-management skills.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
