The team provides tailored advice across estate planning, wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, probate, estate administration and succession planning, helping clients protect, preserve and pass on their wealth.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trustees and charities on a broad range of private client matters.
- Handle complex estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration matters.
- Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation.
- Support clients with succession planning, including business succession planning.
- Build long-term relationships by providing tailored advice that reflects clients\' personal and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless service where matters require specialist input.
- Play an active role in the continued development of the Private Client practice.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- An established Private Client Partner.
- Extensive experience advising on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and estate administration.
- Strong expertise in inheritance tax planning, wealth preservation and succession planning.
- A proven track record of advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, trustees and charities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- STEP qualification or working at an equivalent level of expertise, would be advantageous.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client service.
