The Opportunity
- Advising on a broad range of residential development and housing-led regeneration matters.
- Supporting on land acquisitions, disposals, exchanges and strategic land transactions.
- Assisting with option agreements, promotion agreements and development agreements.
- Working on planning and infrastructure-related matters alongside specialist colleagues.
- Advising on mixed-use developments, regeneration projects and private rented sector schemes.
- Acting for a diverse client base including national housebuilders, developers, investors, landowners and local authorities.
- Working closely with experienced lawyers across planning, construction, tax and real estate teams.
- Taking ownership of transactions appropriate to your level of experience while receiving ongoing support and mentoring.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor at NQ-2 years' PQE.
- Experience in residential development, real estate or a related property discipline would be advantageous.
