The Opportunity
- Join a national Banking team advising on a diverse range of finance transactions.
- Work across corporate finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance matters.
- Advise private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, alternative lenders and investment funds.
- Gain exposure to domestic and cross-border transactions involving a wide range of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, private equity, tax, restructuring, construction and real estate teams.

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance matters.
- Experience gained within a recognised banking, finance or transactional practice.
