The Opportunity

  • Join a national Banking team advising on a diverse range of finance transactions.
  • Work across corporate finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance matters.
  • Advise private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, alternative lenders and investment funds.
  • Gain exposure to domestic and cross-border transactions involving a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, private equity, tax, restructuring, construction and real estate teams.
  • Develop experience across multiple finance specialisms within a single practice.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in banking and finance matters.
  • Experience gained within a recognised banking, finance or transactional practice.
