An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Partner to lead and further develop the Employment offering from the firm's Birmingham office.
THE OPPORTUNITY Lead the Employment practice from the Birmingham office.
Advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Provide strategic guidance on workplace issues, HR matters and organisational change.
Advise on business transfers and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Manage Employment Tribunal claims and wider employment disputes.
Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver joined‑up advice to clients.
Develop and strengthen client relationships across the Midlands and beyond.
Play a leading role in the continued development of the Birmingham office.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE An established Employment Partner with a strong profile in the Midlands market.
Extensive experience advising employers on the full range of employment law matters.
A strong track record in Employment Tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work.
Experience supporting clients through organisational change and business transfers.
Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
A leadership style that encourages collaboration and the sharing of knowledge.
