The Opportunity

  • Advising employer clients on the full range of employment law and HR matters.
  • Supporting organisations on disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination claims, TUPE matters, whistleblowing concerns and redundancy programmes.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to senior executives, management teams and boards.
  • Assisting clients with organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation projects.
  • Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver joined-up advice on complex matters.
  • Building upon existing relationships while identifying new opportunities within the market.
  • Raising your profile through networking, thought leadership and wider market engagement.
  • Playing an active role in developing client relationships and strengthening the practice's presence across the UK.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the wider employment team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced employment lawyer with strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • An established client following or well-developed referral network.
