The Opportunity * Advising trustees and employers on a wide range of defined benefit and defined contribution pension matters. * Supporting clients on scheme governance, regulatory compliance and member‑related issues. * Assisting on complex projects involving bulk annuities, buy‑ins, buy‑outs and wider de‑risking exercises. * Gaining exposure to master trusts, group pension arrangements and other specialist pension structures. * Working closely with experienced pensions lawyers on high‑quality advisory matters. * Developing an understanding of both contentious and non‑contentious pensions issues within a well‑rounded practice. * Building relationships with a diverse client base spanning trustees, employers and pension providers. * Receiving structured training and mentorship from recognised specialists in the field.
