QC Legal seeks a mid-level associate (3–6 PQE) to join our Energy, Mining & Infrastructure practice in London.
You will advise on complex cross-border transactions across mining, power and oil & gas, with exposure to English and NY law documents.
You will work on project development for greenfield and brownfield energy/mining projects, as well as M&A, JVs and structured finance across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, with true international deal exposure.
