The Opportunity
- Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments and private equity-backed deals.
- Working closely with entrepreneurs, owner‑managed businesses, investors and corporate clients across a variety of sectors.
- Managing and supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Collaborating with corporate finance professionals and other advisers to deliver seamless transaction support.

- Qualified Solicitor ranging from Newly Qualified through to Legal Director level.
