We are working with a number of highly regarded firms across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Bolton, offering opportunities for Corporate lawyers at every stage of their careers, from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to Partner level.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Roles available from NQ through to Partner level.
  • Advising businesses, investors, management teams and entrepreneurs on a broad range of corporate transactions and strategic matters.
  • Working on acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, reorganisations, private equity transactions and corporate finance matters.
  • Exposure to clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and fast-growth companies to multinational organisations and institutional investors.
  • Building strong client relationships while working alongside experienced Corporate specialists.
  • Involvement in transactions of varying size, complexity and sector focus across regional, national and international markets.
  • Developing technical expertise while gaining valuable commercial and transactional experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in Corporate, Corporate M&A, Private Equity or a related transactional practice area.
  • Strong technical drafting and transactional management skills.
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of the wider objectives driving corporate transactions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and working to transaction deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled at developing productive working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about developing their profile and expertise within Corporate law.
