The Opportunity Join a growing non-contentious construction team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice on complex projects.

Advise a broad range of clients including government bodies, developers, funders, sponsors, employers, contractors, subcontractors and professional consultants.

Work on matters spanning residential development, infrastructure, transport, utilities, energy and engineering projects.

Provide advice on project procurement structures, contract strategy and risk management.

Support clients on project delivery issues and dispute avoidance mechanisms.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across real estate, banking and projects teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.

Build long-term client relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor within a diverse client base.

Gain exposure to national and international work as part of a wider construction and engineering practice.

The Ideal Candidate Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in construction law.

Strong experience in non-contentious construction matters.

Familiarity with advising on construction contracts, procurement and project delivery issues.

Experience gained within a recognised regional, national or international practice.

Commercially minded with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Enthusiastic about developing specialist expertise within a leading construction practice.

A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively on complex matters.
