An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Partner to lead and further develop the Employment offering from the firm's Birmingham office.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Lead the Employment practice from the Birmingham office.
- Advise employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Provide strategic guidance on workplace issues, HR matters and organisational change.
- Advise on business transfers and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
- Manage Employment Tribunal claims and wider employment disputes.
- Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver joined‑up advice to clients.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships across the Midlands and beyond.
- Play a leading role in the continued development of the Birmingham office.
