The Role The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering full‑funnel marketing campaigns that drive high‑quality leads into the sales pipeline, accelerate active sales conversations, activate new customers, and retain existing business.

This role will own paid activation across all key markets through the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of paid advertising initiatives.

There is a strong expectation of rigorous monthly reporting, structured experimentation, and ongoing optimisation across platforms.

The successful candidate will use modern AI‑powered tools and large language models (LLMs such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar) to accelerate insight generation, campaign ideation, creative development, and performance analysis while applying sound human judgement, commercial awareness, and contextual understanding.

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will take a proactive and strategic role in defining and delivering a growth strategy aligned to core commercial objectives.

Acting as a trusted consultant to both Marketing and Commercial teams, they will establish and evolve paid advertising best practices with a strong focus on ROAS, data‑driven decision‑making, and scalable impact.
