We require a passionate, energetic, and motivated Business Development Manager who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their sales career further within the IT sector. As Business Development Manager / BDM at our Ealing, North London office you will:

  • Engage proactively with existing and prospective partners to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions
  • Qualify and lead the initial business discussions with partners and then support/work with the Account Management team
  • Identify and understand end customer needs and propose end-to-end solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Be the subject matter expert/specialist for Modern Workspace to drive pipeline and lead the sale
  • Prepare and present compelling pitches to customers
  • Keep up to date with knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

The ideal Business Development Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable knowledge in Modern Workspace and End User Computing
  • Knowledge of the structured sales process within the IT/Software Channel
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of the competitive landscape, and ability to articulate/differentiate QBS against its competition
  • Proven ability delivering successful sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Strong hunter skills to build and close pipeline
  • Active listening to understand business challenges
  • Ability to accurately sales forecast
  • Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can-do attitude

The role is a mix of home working and office-based days, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Ealing office. Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
