The opportunity:
As part of the continued growth of our European Sales Operations team, we are looking for a Sales Operations – Business Partner to support our operations across the European market. This role can be based in London or Madrid. As a Sales Operations – Business Partner, you will collaborate with colleagues across the European business to translate commercial needs into clear, impactful reporting and scalable business intelligence solutions. Leveraging sales data, you will identify trends and insights that deepen performance understanding and support strategic decision‑making. In addition to delivering robust self‑service reporting, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, helping stakeholders extract real value from data. You will play a key role in aligning reporting standards, improving data quality, and enabling consistent performance management across regions. You will join a high‑performing, well‑established Sales Operations team, known for its expertise, collaboration and supportive culture, where you will have the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow as the team continues to expand. Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.
Your new role:
- Provide effective support to Salesforce.com users across a global platform.
- Act as the initial point of escalation for complex system, process, and improvement‑related issues.
- Manage system change releases, including user communication, training, and adoption support.
- Lead the transition to, and ongoing delivery of, Business Unit reporting and performance management dashboards.
- Manage and engage the Super User Community, building strong and productive working relationships.
- Deliver direct user support and coaching, engaging end users through local forums and business meetings.
- Govern user management processes and provide troubleshooting support.
- Partner with stakeholders across the European business to gather reporting needs and translate them into clear requirements and dashboard/report designs.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights to support leadership decision‑making.
- Act as a trusted data and reporting partner, continuously enhancing dashboards and insights based on stakeholder feedback.
About you:
Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder partnership and delivery capability, with proven experience working closely with senior leaders to design and deliver reporting and dashboards aligned to regional and strategic priorities.
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong strategic mindset, working closely with Sales Leadership to align business and operational insights across regions.
- Solid experience working with technologies such as Salesforce to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Proven Sales Operations experience, including the design and delivery of sales‑supporting processes aligned to business needs and Sales Operations standards.
- Strong understanding of change management, user enablement, and adoption.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining intuitive self‑service dashboards in Power BI.
- European language skills, such as Spanish/French.
