The AI Change & Learning Specialist position focuses on supporting the rollout of AI learning and driving adoption across the business. You'll play a key part in helping employees and leaders build confidence, capability and practical use of AI in their day-to-day work.

Your new role involves sitting within the Workforce AI Change & Enablement team, working across the business to coordinate and deliver AI learning and adoption activity, ensuring it's simple, practical and embedded into how people work. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing learning to life, supporting stakeholders and driving real engagement with AI tools and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating delivery of AI learning activity across employees and leaders, ensuring alignment to timelines and expectations.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for learner support, helping troubleshoot issues and drive engagement.
  • Supporting the rollout and ongoing management of learning interventions.
  • Contributing to broader change and adoption activity, linking learning to AI capability uplift and workforce readiness.
  • Translating AI learning into clear, practical guidance for teams and leaders to embed into day-to-day work.
  • Maintaining and updating AI learning content and support materials, ensuring resources remain relevant, simple and easy to use.
  • Working closely with stakeholders and business communities to reinforce learning, build confidence and encourage practical use of AI.
  • Tracking and reporting on engagement, completion and barriers, using insights to continuously improve the experience.

About you:

You will bring a strong foundation in learning, change or workforce transformation, with the ability to coordinate activity and engage stakeholders across a complex environment. You're practical, proactive and comfortable turning ideas into simple, actionable outcomes that support real behaviour change.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in learning, change, organisational development or workforce transformation.
  • Strong coordination and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication across different levels of the business.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • Strong interest in AI and digital ways of working, with hands-on experience using tools like Copilot (or similar).
