We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Underwriting Analyst to join our established E‑Trade team based in Stafford. This role will support the delivery of key business initiatives by analysing business needs, documenting requirements, supporting governance, and contributing to testing activities to ensure solutions are delivered effectively.

You’ll work across Property & Casualty and Financial Lines, so experience in at least one of these product areas is essential. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.

  • Lead process and policy improvements across the business unit
  • Produce portfolio performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
  • Conduct rate reviews and provide clear, data‑driven recommendations
  • Monitor portfolio performance using effective frameworks and metrics
  • Oversee operational performance and statistics reviews
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, industry codes and internal policies
  • Support operational and organisational design and implementation
  • Support training in Process Excellence (PE) principles

Business Analyst experience with solid experience using data analytics in Property & Casualty and/or Financial Lines.
