We're looking for a Marketing Analytics and Performance Analyst to join a newly established Digital Marketing team and play a key role in building reporting and insight capabilities from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity to help create a consistent view of performance across multiple channels, delivering valuable analysis and recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.

  • Your New Role
  • Produce regular reporting and analysis across digital marketing channels, including website, email, social media and paid activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital performance through insight-led analysis and recommendations.
  • Support the measurement and evaluation of marketing campaigns, helping to assess performance against objectives and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to analysis of customer journeys, lead generation activity and conversion performance where appropriate.
  • Support the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks, tracking approaches and reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the development of a new reporting and insight function, helping establish best practice, reporting standards and performance measures.

About You

  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical recommendations and optimisation opportunities.
  • Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables and reporting.
  • Understanding of digital measurement principles, including campaign tracking and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present data and recommendations.
  • Exposure to customer journey, conversion funnel or lead generation analysis is advantageous.
  • Awareness of data governance, KPI frameworks and reporting best practice.
