We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join this growing team. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.
- Act as the visible leader for key clients and brokers, overseeing delivery, tracking performance and acting as a point of escalation.
- Partner with Broker Distribution, Underwriting, Marketing and Bid teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-quality client materials.
- Manage client and broker feedback, identifying root causes and leading actions to enhance performance and relationships.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects that support broader business objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across pitches, account planning, stewardship and client feedback.
- Comfortable in a matrix environment, building strong internal and external relationships and supporting colleagues to deliver value.
