The Global Head of Cyber Claims Strategy is a key leadership role that focuses on guiding and coordinating the company's cyber claims approach worldwide. This job involves being an expert on cyber claims, participating in industry events, upskilling our claims employees, providing insight and experience on cyber claims, improving claims data, and working with various teams to ensure successful and aligned strategies.

Your new role:

  • Alignment of Global Cyber Claims Strategy: In collaboration with local claims teams and leadership, establish and drive a cohesive claims strategy across all regional markets, ensuring consistency and optimal performance with vendors and local teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a leading resource on cyber claims, providing expert guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership: Engage with industry forums, conferences, brokers, marketing and publications to share expertise and position the organization as a leader in cyber claims.
  • Data Improvement and Utilization: Develop and implement strategies for improving claims data accuracy, accessibility, and utilization to inform decision-making and optimize claims outcomes globally.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local claims teams and cyber leaders, including underwriting and cyber services to ensure the alignment and integration of cyber claims strategies.
  • Training and Development: Lead and support the training and development of claims professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in cyber claims.
  • Vendor Strategy Consistency: Develop and implement a consistent strategy for managing vendors involved in the cyber claims process, ensuring quality and efficiency across all regions.
