A new role has arisen in our Portfolio Solutions claims team, covering a variety of classes of insurance. The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional claims service by determining policy coverage, investigating, evaluating, and negotiating assigned cases, as well as providing timely and accurate support for high complexity claims management.

Working within our innovative QPS Portfolio Solutions offering, you’ll help deliver market-leading capacity to global trading partners in a Full Follow role.   • Leverage automation tools to efficiently manage the administration of a high volume of low-value, cross-class claims, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  • Support with the administration of claims which fall outside automation applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately triaging and managing claim files through to settlement, prioritising new and existing work appropriately, ensuring they are adequately reserved, and settled economically and fairly.
  • Contribute to innovation by supporting projects focused on Operational Excellence, Analytics, and Automation, helping to shape the future of claims handling.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and confidence in working with technology, including automation tools.
