We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join this growing team. We're building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.

  • Act as the visible leader for key clients and brokers, overseeing delivery, tracking performance and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver strategic client and prospect plans, managing activity through to completion.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of client and broker objectives, aligning QBE's value proposition to drive growth and retention.
  • Partner with Broker Distribution, Underwriting, Marketing and Bid teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-quality client materials.
  • Embed and evolve a client engagement approach across European Operations, driving continuous improvement in client delivery.
  • Manage client and broker feedback, identifying root causes and leading actions to enhance performance and relationships.
  • Stay informed on market developments, using insight to maintain high standards and strengthen QBE's competitive position.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects that support broader business objectives.

About You

  • Strong technical insurance expertise, with experience across non-conventional and multinational programmes.
  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex concepts and present effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across pitches, account planning, stewardship and client feedback.
  • Comfortable in a matrix environment, building strong internal and external relationships and supporting colleagues to deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of client, broker and market dynamics, with insight to shape and evolve client propositions.
